You have right to choose ship the goods by DHL, Fedex, TNT or other shipping companies, like airline forwarder. However, we recommend customers to use DHL, if the weight is below 100 kgs.
1. We are DHL VIP customer, so the shipping cost is better
2. DHL is good at clearing custom, like Eastern Europe.
After we send out the products, you can check the tracking number in My Order.
Note:
1. The shipment has the volume weight and gross weight shipping company calculate the shipping cost at 0.5KG or 1KG as a unit. For example, if your order weight is 4.6KG, DHL will calculate the shipping cost at 5KG.
2. The goods will be shipped within 2 working days when your money arrived at our bank account.
3. We have professional shipping department to arrange every shipment, to make sure the shipment arrive your port(warehouse) in time, we can supply CIF, DDU, DDP service.
